Glorious Gluten Free Banana Pancakes

Pancake Tuesday used to be one of my favourite days of the year.

I can make sweet moreish pancakes as well as bad ass saliva inducing savoury crepes.

I used to love indulging in pancakes once in a while, but then I developed IBS. It seems that my body became sensitivity to gluten and the more I ignored it and kept eating pancakes, pizzas, breads and cakes the worse it has gotten.

If you, like me, have gluten intolerance or are just trying to cut out those empty carbs I have good news!

I've discovered a glorious super easy pancake recipe which I promise you will use again and again.

You know what the best part is? They're Healthy meaning that it can be Pancake Tuesday every Tuesday! Hooorah.

All About That Juice

A little while ago I was invited to a really awesome event called #currysintrojuicing. The event was focused on healthy living through Juicing and Yoga.

It was held at Lambert's Yard which is a very beautiful rustic location above a clothes shop! It has a New York style art gallery/bar feel to it and lots of character.

Thomas Cook Airlines Blogger Event #Divasglamvegas

Hello there lovelies,

I'm so excited to tell you that last week I attended my very first blogger event!

The event was called Divasglamvegas and it was hosted by Thomas Cook Airlines to celebrate their new route directly to Las Vegas from Manchester. Hopefully one day soon I will be able to benefit from these flights so close to home!

Usually I'm a really outgoing and meeting new people really doesn't phase me, but meeting bloggers, well, I thought that was going to be quite scary.

I knew some of the bloggers who were going from social media, but no one that I knew in person.

I really didn't know what to expect, but I decided to just go for it anyway because it's good to do something out of your comfort zone every once in a while! The boy also provided some words of courage which helped a little too.

And I am so glad that I did!

I met some really great bloggers, who were absolutely lovely and very down to earth. I think I will most definitely be seeing them again.

The event itself was truly fabulous, hosted at The Milton Club. We were greeted with delicious cocktails and friendly faces. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even when I spilled my drink everywhere!

The Milton club was a great venue option, it was very fancy and definitely made us all feel like VIP guests! I really liked the decor of the place and the sophisticated atmosphere.

Unfortunately, I brought my DSLR with me, but forgot my battery (can you believe it?!) so my pictures really don't do the place justice. The quality is pretty terrible as majority of them taken on my phone (apologies!!).

They even hired Britney Spears the ultimate diva who currently resides to make an appearance!

Ok, ok so it wasn't The Real Britney, but her look alike looked so much like her!

She was so lovely came and mingled with all of us, before performing 'Toxic' on the bar. It was awesome, the little 9 year old girl inside me was really happy.

As you can tell Holly was very star struck too.

There were also roulette and diva dollars that we gambled with and even make up artists that did sparkled up our faces on request.

I was really pleased there were makeup artists there as I did my make up on the train to Manchester. The joys of coming to an event straight after work!

I went for a golden smoky eye which I absolutely loved. Definitely made me feel very glam and it made my eyes look so much bigger!

Naturally the makeover called for a selfie with the gorgeous Sarah.

I also snapped a picture of Emma and Laura looking beautiful enjoying their cocktails at the bar.

Probably the best thing about the event (apart from the free cocktails) was the photobooth!
We had so much fun taking silly pictures with one another and having a giggle.

This followed with some selfies,  because we just had to make use of the great lighting in the booth...

The night didn't quite finish there a few of us headed out for a couple of drinks and nibbles before making our way home.
